We’re excited to announce that our new landscaping company, “Bella Vista,” will be hosting a Town Hall on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Old Woodside Clubhouse.

This is a great opportunity to meet your new landscape provider, ask questions, and learn about their plans for the summer season, including irrigation, weed control, and more!

We are happy to announce that the residents’ SNAPHOA Training is scheduled for July 14^th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 PM, at the old clubhouse. The goal is to educate residents on how to set up autopay, submit work orders, view their account ledger, access important association documents, and utilize other key features of the portal. “An IT specialist will be flying in from Los Angeles to conduct the training, which will take place over a single day.” Additionally, Action will be providing food and beverages during the one-on-one training sessions.

Join us for an evening of live music, a classic picnic spread, and a raffle at the Old Woodside Clubhouse on Friday, July 4th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
