Woodside Association, Inc., and homeowners must comply with law (specifically the Davis-Stirling Act, California Civil Code beginning with Section 4000) and governing documents voted on by the homeowners or the board.
There are seven directors on the Woodside board. Each serves a term of two years. Elections are held each year, and homeowners vote for three directors one year and four directors the next.
Board officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer) are nominated and voted on by the board.
