Committee sign-ups are encouraged during the annual meeting, and homeowners may join throughout the year if there are openings. Please contact the office if you are interested in volunteering for a committee.
Budget Committee
Reviews expenditures/priorities and develops following year’s operating and reserve accounts; evaluates services and considers cost-cutting measures.
Environmental Committee
Promotes environmental and conservation practices.
Landscape Committee
Identifies declining areas to ensure health and beauty of common areas and addresses homeowner requests.
Newsletter (Media) Committee
Provides timely, factual, objective, and community interest information while transitioning to digital.
Safety Committee
Recommends safety improvements including lighting, cameras, and tripping hazards, and disseminates safety tips.
Social Committee
Develops schedule of events and executes within budget.
Tree Committee
Handles tree requests and regularly assesses needed tree services.
Board Appointed
Architectural Committee
Upholds architectural standards through applications for upgrades and estoppel inspections.
Rules Revision
Recommends modifications to Rules and Regulations at request of the Board of Directors.
Ad Hoc
Building & Maintenance
Develop long-term plan for repairs.
